NC40
Download brochure Contact opnemenFinn-Power NC-machines have proven to be the most reliable and widely used nut crimping machines in the industry. NC-machines provide fast and accurate crimping for fitting manufacturing.
With 93 ton force and 140mm master dies NC40 is the second biggest NC-machine in the range. NC40 can be used also for other applications with short crimping length eg. connectors, small hoses, rings, tubes and sensors.
Adjustable backstop enables quick set up for different products.
A special centering pin, selected according to ferrule size, can be used during the crimping.
Also available as Z-model with separate crimping head and hydraulic unit.

- With standard dies. Crimping range can be increased with special dies.
- Theoretical with 10mm cycle.
- Maximum opening is the total die travel. Add this value to the minimum crimping diameter of the die set used. The result is the maximum opening of the machine with die set in place.
